Terms of Services

PAYMENT• Payment is upfront, but can do payment after sketchI do not accept refunds• I will watermark the sketch if you do payment after sketchPERMISSIONS• I allow for my artwork to be used as profile pictures/banners, but please credit my work/link back to my page. Terms of Service

By getting a commission or character design/adopt from me, you agree to my terms of service. Those who break my terms of service will be blacklisted from using my services.

Art Commissions T.O.S

• My work is for personal use, commercial use can be discussed but will come at a fee. Any unauthorized financial distribution of my work will result in being added to the blacklist.• I will not accept long descriptions with no reference images for your commission. Character Design/Adoptables T.O.S

• You are not allowed to claim that you designed the design I created.• You are allowed to change the character in mostly any way you wish, except…
– You cannot make a plus-sized character design skinny
– You cannot lighten the skin tone of a character, especially if they are POC/POC coded.
– You cannot make a trans/trans-coded character cisgender.• You may not resell a character for a higher if the character has no new art pieces or only has gift art pieces.• Reselling a character for money I have created for you in two weeks will have you blacklisted (This is to prevent adopt farms or impulse buys)• I will not accept long descriptions with no reference images for your character design custom• You may not use the character I created for bigoted/hateful content, or to promote hateful content.
